Connect learning to your first 90 days

In the first 30 days, set up your systems and practice fundamentals. By 60 days, use a weekly CRM and marketing rhythm. At 90 days, review recorded activity, identify what needs practice and set your next priorities.

Choose a useful next lesson

Newly licensed: start with your Central workspace and buyer conversations. Experienced: revisit the follow-up or seller workflow that slows you down. Team leader: use a shared practice topic and clarify who owns each handoff.

04 / PLAN ECONOMICS

Your business.
Your way forward.

Review the complete structure and make the assumptions your own.

Compare the split, cap, monthly fee, join fee and separate client transaction charges. The calculator shows agent-paid costs and client-paid charges together. If you absorb a client charge, include it in your agent costs.

Make the illustration fit your business

Enter your own closing count, sale price, commission and current brokerage fees. Check Premium’s rule above a $1 million sale price and Elite’s proposed team size. Caps assume a full anniversary year; your agreement and exceptions control.

Confirm fit before choosing

Click a plan to highlight it for your conversation. Review plan eligibility, included access and conditional benefits with the team, then confirm the written terms before affiliating.

05 / SUPPORT & QUESTIONS

Know who helps.
Know what to ask.

Explore the daily support paths, then bring the details that matter for your next move.

Who helps after you join?

SoWork offers live help Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern. Call, text or email around the clock, or send a DM inside Central. NIA helps with resources and preparation; the team handles brokerage decisions.

Meet your support team →
Bring the details that change the answer

Your market and MLS, experience, active files, weekly availability and current brokerage agreement help the team give a useful answer. Keep client details out of this public presentation and NIA chat.

What still needs a written review?

Team approval, lead-program eligibility, optional services, special transactions and benefit conditions should be confirmed for your situation. Use the packet and benefit comparison as a starting point, then ask for the applicable written terms.

Does NEX offer 100% commission?

Yes! NEX Premium offers a 100% commission split with monthly and transaction fees. Prefer a capped plan? NEX Level and Elite give you additional options. We’ll walk through the numbers with you, explain every fee, and help you find the right fit for your business. Your approved plan and written agreement confirm the details.

Will NEX guarantee me leads or earnings?

NEX gives you tools, training, and follow-up systems to help you create opportunities and turn more conversations into clients. Ask us about available lead programs and how to qualify. Leads, closings, and income aren’t guaranteed—but you’ll have resources and support to help you put a plan into action.

Can I build a team?

Absolutely. If building a team is part of your vision, let’s talk about making it happen. NEX Elite offers a team path, subject to broker approval. We’ll walk through the structure, caps, responsibilities, and market access so you can plan your next move with confidence.

What should I check before switching brokerages?

A little planning can make your next move much smoother. Start with your current brokerage agreement, pending transactions, listing and buyer agreements, and any commissions owed. Then review your records, CRM export permissions, and MLS access. Coordinate the license transfer and active-file responsibilities with both brokers, and make sure you have permission before transferring client information.

Not sure where to start? Bring your questions to a discovery meeting.

Do I need to agree to marketing to get the packet?

No. You can get the NEX Opportunity Packet without signing up for marketing emails or texts. We’ll send the information you requested, and you decide whether you’d like to hear more from us.

Are rewards included in the cost calculator?

The calculator focuses on your regular brokerage costs. PowerShare and Revenue Share are separate programs that may offer additional earning opportunities for eligible agents. Ask us which programs are currently available, how activation works, and what it takes to qualify. Participation follows each program’s written policies, and rewards aren’t guaranteed or deducted from the calculator’s costs.

Is NEX a cloud-based brokerage?

Yes—and connection is a big part of the experience. NEX Central brings your tools and learning together, while SoWork gives you a virtual office where you can connect with the team and get live help. You have the flexibility to work where it makes sense for your business, with ways to stay involved and supported. Need somewhere to meet a client? Ask us about approved meeting options.

How does training work?

Whether you’re preparing for your first transaction or sharpening your skills, NEX gives you several ways to learn. Explore hours of on-demand videos in NEX University, work through structured lessons and practice in NEX LaunchPad, and join our five-day live training. Learn at your pace, put the material into practice, and keep building your confidence. Ask us about the next live session.

How do I get support?

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Connect with our team live in SoWork Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern. You can also call, text, email, or send a support message through NEX Central anytime; response times vary, especially outside live support hours.

NIA can help you find resources and prepare questions. Our human brokerage team handles contract guidance, compliance, and decisions involving your transactions.

Who pays the transaction charges shown in the calculator?

In these examples, the transaction charges are paid by the client and shown separately from your costs as an agent. Your monthly fee, joining fee, and applicable brokerage split are agent costs. If you choose to cover a client-paid charge, that amount becomes part of your costs, too. We’ll help you understand the full picture, with your written agreement and any approved exceptions confirming what applies.
