What a request does
We save your contact details, requested material, submitted priorities and request status in NEX’s recruiting system so the team can fulfill your request and respond. Optional marketing permissions are recorded separately, with the exact consent text, version and time. A packet request does not start a bulk campaign.
AI and your information
NIA is an AI recruiting advisor. Messages you submit to NIA may be processed by NEX’s configured AI provider to answer this conversation. Avoid sharing client information or sensitive personal data. Browser conversation context is sent only when you ask NIA a question. The recruiting team receives priorities you submit on forms. A short NIA summary is attached only if you select the sharing option on a submitted request; full transcripts are not attached to leads.
Operational records and retention
Requests, consent records and delivery/booking states support fulfillment, recovery and accountability. AI budget/session records expire after a short operational period; raw chat messages are not retained by this feature. Retention of recruiting contact and inquiry records follows NEX’s approved policy. Contact the team to ask about the retention period that applies to your information.
Your choices
Marketing is optional. You can decline email or text updates and still request information or book a meeting. Existing suppression and opt-out records are respected. To ask about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion of your information, contact support@mynexrealty.com.
Browser storage and measurement
A signed anonymous session token in this tab supports forms when cookies are unavailable. It does not grant access to NEX Central or staff accounts.
The site uses a necessary session cookie for abuse prevention and request status. Browser draft state supports your current visit. Proposed game plans are kept temporarily for up to two hours so you can request the same plan with the packet. Submitted plans become part of the recruiting inquiry. This feature does not send contact details, transcript text or personal data in analytics or URLs.
